New High-flow Valves from Parker Hannifin

Parker Hannifin introduced the new “H” ISO Series valve offering the industry’s highest flow rates and the widest range of electrical connection options, the company says. The new valves are available in three sizes with Cv ratings of 1.55, 3.60, and 6.60, which exceed the new minimum requirements specified by the North American automotive markets.

The wiring options and in-field configuration capability permit wiring reduction and optimal valve placement to maximize performance.

The “H” ISO valves are offered in two versions. The 5599-1 is a non-plug-in valve available in two styles: Automotive Common Wiring and Individual CNOMO Pilot connections. The 5599-2 is a Valve-to-Base plug-in version designed for machine operation, allowing valves to be removed without disturbing the wiring.

The valves feature Parker’s WCS spool system that compensates for seal wear, an Internal/External Pilot Switch System allowing in-field valve configuration without any tools, 1.8 Watt current draw, LED/surge suppression, and a durable metal manual override.
