Nova Scotia spring weight restrictions expected to begin March 3
HALIFAX (Feb. 25, 2002) — Spring weight restrictions for Nova
Scotia are expected to be in effect starting March 3.
The Dept. of Transportation and Public Works said it is monitoring the situation daily and will close roads as required by weather conditions.
Advertisements containing a complete listing of roads exempt from
spring weight restrictions will be published in major newspapers
across the province.
