Oilfield firm completes buy of two trucking carriers
CALGARY — Producers Oilfield Services has successfully closed the acquisitions of Raydan Transport Ltd. and NWP Trucking Corp.
Raydan is a private company based in Nisku, Alta with operations out of Brooks, Alta. NWP is a private company with operations in Blackfalds, Provost and Coronation, Alta.
These two companies provide general oilfield trucking and pipe storage management and hauling to the oil and gas industry in central and southern Alberta. complement those services provided by Producers through its Withers group of companies and Producers anticipates that it will capitalize on the synergies among these companies.
Producers Oilfield is an energy services company whose operating subsidiaries provides trucking, disposal and other services to oil and gas producers.
