OTA launches online border issues FAQ
TORONTO, (Aug. 23, 2004) — Responding to a large number of inquirings on various customs and border initiatives, the Ontario Trucking Association has prepared a summery of such programs like FAST and PAPS on its website.

U.S. Border Crossing Check-List for Commercial Drivers; U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA); Pre-Arrival Review System (PARS); Pre-Arrival Processing System (PAPS); Administrative Monetary Penalty System (AMPS); Customs Self Assessment (CSA); Commercial Driver Registration Program (CDRP); Free and Secure Trade (FAST); Partners in Protection (PIP); Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) for Highway Carriers; Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) for Importers; Standard Carrier Alpha Code (SCAC); and QP/WP for U.S. In-Bond/In-Transit Shipments.
