OTA to offer Executive Forum II
TORONTO, (March 19, 2004) — The Ontario Trucking Association is hoping to top the success of last year’s seminar “Leading CEOs Share Strategies for Success” by getting some of its top members to spill secrets on negotiating rates and billing.
OTA is following up last November’s popular panel session with with Executive Forum II: Leading CEO’s Share Negotiating and Billing Strategies on Tuesday, on April 27th in Toronto.
This session will feature some of the industry’s top CEO’s who will openly discuss their business practices and strategies for ensuring that they get compensated for every service that they provide — either through the rate structure or through accessorial charges. CEOs will also discuss understanding costs and the impact of hours of service.
Registration information will be sent to OTA members. Or, check the ‘Seminar/Training’ section on OTA’s web site for a registration form.
Findings of OTA’s survey on accessorial charges will also be unveiled at this session. OTA Carriers who wish to complete the survey will receive 50 per cent off the Executive Forum. Download the survey form at: www.ontruck.org/news/releases/2004/prel_2004_03_16_120831_rt.php3.
