Owner-op consulting firm reaches towards Maritimes
LONDON, Ont. — ATBS Canada, a tax-consulting firm for owner-operators, has expanded into Atlantic Canada.
The company says that Carl Fiander and representatives of Profile Solutions 1999 Inc. of New Brunswick will be responsible for representing ATBS in eastern Canada.
Profile Solutions will supply a suite of ATBS products to the owner-operator community in the region, such as business consulting, monthly profit and loss statements, and GST returns and tax returns that assist the owner operator and the companies they work for to be more profitable.
Fiander is a 42-year veteran in the trucking industry, 24 of those years as an owner operator.
"Once I began to understand the concept and the services ATBS Canada has to offer, there was absolutely no question, I wanted Profile Solutions to be involved," says Fiander. "Most owner operator’s think of themselves only as truckers, the truth is they are small businessmen and women who just happen to drive a truck."
