PEI considers photo radar
CHARLOTTETOWN — City Council in Charlottetown is thinking of bringing in photo radar as a traffic and speed enforcement tool.
City officials have held back so far because they are concerned tickets won’t be enforceable in court, according to Canadian Press.
Council wants to enact photo radar with provincial authority. Transportation Minister Gail Shea tells CP her department has been talking to city officials about the photo radar request.
