PeopleNet promotes two key execs

MINNEAPOLIS — Onboard computing and mobile communications provider, PeopleNet, has named Brian McLaughlin executive vice president of Marketing, Product & Sales and Mike Goergen, executive vice-president and CFO.

McLaughlin has been with the company since 2001 and is currently VP of Marketing and Product Planning. In addition to those duties, he will manage all of the company’s sales efforts in the United States and Canada.

Goergen has been with the company since 1997 where he joined as controller and is currently VP of Finance. He currently leads all international finance and accounting activities across PeopleNet.

Goergen has been instrumental in implementing the company’s current ERP system, streamlining procurement and order fulfillment, says the company.
