Phillips & Phillips: Supplier taps global VP
SANTA FE, Calif. — Phillips Industries has named Rob Phillips vice president of Global Operations.
Phillips, who started with the company 15 years ago, is said to have been instrumental in the growth Phillips Industries has seen in the last decade.
He introduced lean disciplines and increasing employee participation in problem solving to improve production levels at all Phillips operations.
