POA Marketing & Communications has published a “do-it-yourself” guide to ISO 9001:2000 quality management for companies in the transportation industry seeking ISO registration
The manual and CD-ROM are targeted at trucking, warehousing, and logistics firms that need an affordable way to develop a quality management system, the company says. If your company is registered to the old standard, ISO 9002:1994, POA will be able to help with an upgrade to the current standard.
