Producers Oilfield buys Alberta transport firm
CALGARY — Producers Oilfield Services has successfully closed the acquisition of central Alberta oilfield services and supplies company Robinson Transport.
The acquisition price of $14 million was satisfied by approximately $12.89 million in cash and the issuance of 130,000common shares of Producers deemed at a value of $1.11 million.
