Sikanni growing oil hauling assets
RED DEER, Alta. — Sikanni Services is buying Northwell Oilfield Hauling Ltd. for $13.75 million in cash and 4.4 million common shares.
The acquisition is part of the company’s focus on providing oilfield hauling and transportation services to customers in the northern regions of the “Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.”
The acquisition expands Sikanni’s geographic coverage to include Swan Hills and Fox Creek.
Northwell ‘s current management team will remain intact.
In January, Sikanni acquired oil transport and drilling fleet Twilight Oilfield Hauling Group for $37 million.
