SmartDriver workshops promote fuel-efficient driving
OTTAWA (Jan. 15, 2001) — Natural Resources Canada is hosting a free one-day workshop for driver trainers on its “Smart Driver” program. The program, part of the agency’s FleetSmart initiative, promotes fuel-efficiency through better driving techniques and idle reduction.
The workshops are for driver trainers only and will be scheduled at various locations around the country in the coming months.
