Spring Time in Montreal: New April ExpoCam dates announced
MONTREAL — Newcom Business Media, the new owner of ExpoCam 2007, has announced that Quebec’s official truck show will move from the fall to the middle of April in 2007.
The new dates for Le nouveau ExpoCam 2007 are April 12 to April 14, 2007 at Place Bonaventure in Montreal. ExpoCam is the only Quebec truck show to be endorsed exclusively by the Quebec Trucking Association and the Canadian Trucking Alliance.
The date change follows the successful model of Truck World, Canada’s largest and most popular truck show, which is also owned by Newcom. Truck World 2006, which took place last month in Toronto, attracted a record 19,996 registered attendees and 379 paid exhibiters.
Newcom, which is also the parent company of Today’s Trucking, highwaySTAR, and Transport Routier magazines, has also unveiled new rates for the Quebec show. Book by June 30, 2006 and receive an additional 10 percent off space rental and 15 percent off show guide ads. Contact show managers Craig Macpherson (416/614-5804) or Elizabeth McCullough (416/6114-5817) for more info.
Newcom also looks forward to presenting ExpoCam’s sister show CamExpo November 3-5, 2006 at the Centre de Foires in Québec City.
