Terion to offer Qualcomm in-cab communications products to customers

MELBOURNE, Fla. (August 21, 2001) — Terion Inc. said it has reached an agreement to market Qualcomm OmniTRACS and OmniExpress driver messaging systems to customers whose Terion in-cab communications systems will no longer be supported by the company.

Terion announced last week plans to drop its Mobile Messenger product line in order to focus on its equipment tracking system called FleetView.

Terion said the agreement allows it to offer existing Mobile Messenger customers the Qualcomm in-cab communications products for a limited time. Terion will be contacting its customers over the next several days with details of the offering.
