The latest machine to wear Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s famous No. 8 ain’t on the racetrack. Volvo Trucks North America last month unveiled limited-edition VN670 and VN780 tractors emblazoned with the NASCAR driver’s number and colours.
Volvo is the official heavy truck of the racing team founded by NASCAR icon Dale Earnhardt. The truck has a special exterior paint and trim design, with black Imron 6000 paint, chrome accents, vinyl graphics inspired by the No. 8 race car, and a special badge on the hood.
