Three new VPs announced at Haldex

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (July 9, 2002) — As part of an ongoing focus on product development and manufacturing, Haldex Brake Systems has named three new vice-presidents for three major product lines, including actuators, valves, and automatic brake adjusters.

John Bowyer has been named vice-president of actuators, and will have global responsibilities for the entire line of actuators including both the Haldex and Anchorlok brands.

After seven years as business director for Neway Valve Operations, David Bolt will serve as vice-president of Suspension Controls. In his new responsibilities, Bolt will handle the operations in the Grand Haven, Mich. facility, as well as the suspension control activities in Heidelberg, Germany.

Paul Chappell, an 18-year Haldex veteran, was promoted to vice-president of Automatic Brake Adjusters. Chappell has held numerous positions within Haldex – most recently as product manager of ABAs and previously as operations director for the manufacturing facility in Redditch, England.
