Time to renew U.S. Customs user fee decals

TORONTO (Sept.21, 1999) — The U.S. Customs Service has begun sending out user-fee decal renewal applications to all customers who purchased 1999 decals. Customers will be sent a completed copy of customs form 339 (CF-339) based on information provided on 1999 applications. Any additions or deletions to the fleet can be noted directly on the CF-339c. The form can then be mailed to the decal administrator with a check or money order attached.

This year’s fee remains at $100 US per truck. New decals should arrive about three to four weeks after U.S. Customs receives the completed applications.

User fee decal request forms (CF-339) are also available on the Internet, at most U.S. ports of entry or by calling 317-298-1200, ext. 1245.
