Warm Feet For Truckers

Driving long hours across Canada during the winter can be quite chilling on a driver’s toes.

Indus-Tool of Chicago didn’t even have truckers in mind when it developed its Industrial-Size Footwarmer, but a spokesperson for the company said she couldn’t see why a smaller 14 x 21-inch version couldn’t be used by drivers to keep their feet warm inside the cab.

Designed originally for work areas like shipping tables, desks, toll booths, security posts, assembly lines, and dispatch booths, the heated rubber mat keeps legs and feet warm. The Footwarmer is waterproof, sealed, and insulated and can be plugged into any standard 110-volt AC outlet.
