Wizards expand their trailer empire

LACHINE, QUE. — Trailer Wizards just keeps pulling rabbits out of its hat.

Hot on the heels of a major rebranding of all its assets across the country, the trailer lease, rental and storage company announced the opening of a new dealer in Saint-Eustache, Que.; Mécanique C.G. Inc., located at 219A, Poirier St.

Now, the Wizards have more than 25 locations from Vancouver to the Maritimes.

Trailer Wizards is the offspring of Lions Gate Trailers (founded 1963, Vancouver), Provincial Trailer Rentals (founded 1964, Mississauga), TIP Canada (Canadian operations date back to 1957) and other select providers, including Contor Terminals.

Only last fall did the company announce its uniformly painted fleet and in May — presto! — the brightly adorned trailers appeared.

Commented Trailer Wizards President Doug Vanderspek at the unveiling of the new fleet:

“Although we’ve taken a lighter tone with our branding, we’re dead serious about our mandate to perform to a level that positions us as wizards at semi-trailer rentals, storage and maintenance throughout Canada.”
