Wright, Bonner to address import-export conference

TORONTO (Spet. 16, 2002) — The top customs officials from the United States and Canada are scheduled to speak at the annual conference of the Canadian Association of Importers & Exporters in Toronto next month.

Robert Wright of Canada Customs and Robert Bonner of U.S. Customs will discuss the impact of new customs and trade programs and the costs and challenges faced by importers and exporters. Maria Teresa Garcia Segovia de Madero, Mexico’s ambassador to Canada, is also scheduled to appear.

The conference is Oct. 21-23 at the Holiday Inn Select Toronto Airport Hotel.
