Yokohama raises rubber prices

LANGLEY, B.C. — Yokohama Tire Canada is hiking the price of some truck tires.

Starting July, commercial truck, industrial and over-the-road tires will increase up to 5 percent.

"In order to better align ourselves in the Canadian commercial tire market while managing the effects of increases in costs of raw materials, slight adjustments are necessary," the company said.
