Zurich spill response system goes online in Canada
TORONTO — Zurich’s Canadian customers can now access its Spill Reporting System online.
As winter ushers in hazardous road conditions, Zurich’s online service offers quick, real-time assistance to carriers whose vehicles are involved in an accident that requires emergency environmental spill clean up.
The service was first launched in 2008 for Zurich’s U.S. fleets.
Available 27-7, the system assists in dispatching timely cleanup contractors; track changes in current environmental reporting regulations and contact information; oversight of spill cleanup activities to ensure the scope of work being performed properly.
